New Basics: Linen Jumpsuit Two Ways
I may have found the most unexpectedly versatile piece in my summer wardrobe: the linen jumpsuit. Here are two ways to style this new summer wardrobe essential.
I picked this up from Topshop recently. It is sold out in this color but they also have solid black and yellow versions of it. They've recently come out with a short version too and you can find similar styles at Urban Outfitters right now.
It's sleek and refined and not too fussy. It's so easy to slip on and feels a bit more dressed up when it's too hot outside to care. It is really breathable and just kind of hangs in a really unfussy way. I love that it is summery and effortless without having to get all your arms and legs out there. AND if I haven't sold you already, the linen jumpsuit is incredibly versatile.
Look 1: Super Casual
I would love pairing the jumpsuit with some platform Supergas in an off-white. Supergas are arguably the most summer sneaker, no? I am so happy about the net bag trend because they are actually very practical, despite what you may think. They fit pretty much an infinite amount of things, they stretch and are the cutest reusable shopping bag. Love the puka shell trend too and these & Other Stories pieces are so reasonably priced for a very on trend item. Also, adding a fitted white t-shirt under this will give you a bit more sun coverage and add to the relaxed vibe of this fit.

Look 2: Night Out
Because the linen jumpsuit is such a staple in itself and very interesting, I would leave it really simple for a night out while adding detail to accentuate the quirkiness of the shape. I love these Castañer espadrilles for a dressed-up but still kinda beachy vibe. This Staud bucket bag is another quirky and beautiful statement piece for this look. I would finish off this effortless look with a pair of statement earrings for a pop of color.
